Construction Notice for Road Milling and Resurfacing Project
Construction is anticipated in your area on June 8, 2026 thru June 19, 2026
As part of the Bridgewater of Wesley Chapel Community Development District Milling and Resurfacing Project, we will be working in your area to improve the roadways by milling and resurfacing.
Mill and resurfacing of the existing roadways is scheduled to start on June 8, 2026 and be completed on June 19, 2026. Resurfacing in your neighborhood will be completed in approximately 14 days, (weather permitting) and we hope that it does not cause undue hardships.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we work to improve your Community. During the construction period please park vehicles in your garage or as close to the garage as possible. Also turn off your irrigation system during the working hours of 7am-5pm to eliminate construction delays.
DO NOT PARK ON THE STREETS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD - VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED IF PARKED ON THE STREETS DURING CONSTRUCTION!
